 There wasn't anything I could possibly do to make myself stop.  There are very few crafts that I haven't tried yet.  When I was 6 or 7 years old I would open craft and jewelry "stores" in my bathroom for my parents and brother to come and "shop" in.  Crafts made all the awkward stages of my life much more bearable and entertaining.  </div> <div> <B>What are your favorite craft mediums?</B></div> <div> My favorite supplies are definitely anything that I can use to make some sort of jewelry.  I absolutely love making jewelry and that is the one type of craft that has lasted my entire life.  Other than beads and jewelry supplies I love yarn and fabric a whole lot!  I just wish I knew how to knit better and make my own clothes that actually ended up looking good!  I also enjoy embroidery, mosaics, stained glass, and taking photo booth pictures!</div> <div> <B>Do you sell any of your work or do you plan to?</B></div> <div> Yes!  I have sold my work for many years now.  I have a web site but it's really under contruction right now and and I plan to do most of my sales off of that when I'm done.  Previously and currently, I have sold on eBay, to friends and family, and wholesale to some stores in Denton and a couple others around the Metroplex.</div> <div> <B>What do you personally want to get out of the Denton Craft Mafia?</B></div> <div> I have so many plans for this group!  What I want most though is to create a place for other people to get what they want.  I would really like to plan various events, trips, shows, trunk sales, advertise together, and become and network of like-minded crafters.  Keeping with the mafia mind set, I want to create a family-like environment, that supports each other rather than becoming each others competition.</div> <div> <B>What do you like most about Denton?</B></div> <div> I think Denton is one of the most fabulous cities and nothing makes me more sad then when I hear about people wanting to leave as soon as they graduate.  Denton has so much to offer and such a wide variety of people.  If you look around, you will find every type of person.  Denton is quite the mixing pot, and with that comes a large amount of talent.  Not only that, but Denton has that great small town feel while still having all the conveniences of a big town.</div> <div> <B>What other jobs do you have and what other activities are you involved in?</B></div> <div> As far as jobs are concerned I work for the Girl Scouts as their community outreach teacher and sometimes at camps too.  I design web pages here and there and I am also a member of the Little d Jump Rope Crew.  We are a jump rope club full of college-aged kids and it couldn't be more fun!  </div> <div> <B>What are some of your other interests?</B></div> <div> I collect a lot of things and have been taking photo booth pictures since 6th grade.  I really love computers and web page design.  I enjoy having time to spend with my friends and family.  A few of the other things I enjoy are decorating, watching movies, the color green, writing, Texas, organizing, and a hundred other things.....</div> <div> <B>Favorite bands?</B></div> <div> Rusted Root, Tom Waits, Jeff Buckley, Modest Mouse, The Gourds, Beck, Flogging Molly, The Coral, Me First and the Gimme Gimmes, The Police, The Beatles, Sinead O'Connor, Richard Buckner, Joe Henry, Aimee Mann, and many more than I don't have time to give credit to here!</div> <div> <B>Favorite foods?</B></div> <div> I can never seem to get enough ice cream.  My favorite is Ben & Jerry's Karamel Sutra flavor, it's amazing!  I am also addicted to chips and salsa, Chester Cheetah's popcorn, chex mix, Frosted Flakes, chocolate milk, sno cones, Sour Punch Straws, most other candy and junk food, a really good steak, mashed potatoes,
